Following national guidelines in relation to the Coronavirus we are now going to be running a GP appointment telephone triage service ONLY at Caen Medical Centre
The GP will make an appointment for you to come to the surgery if you need to be seen, otherwise you will be treated over the phone.
Only attend if the GP asks you to come to the surgery or you have a pre-arranged appointment with the nursing team.
If you require an URGENT appointment with a GP please call the practice on 01271 818030 to arrange a telephone call DO NOT come into the surgery unless told to do so. We are experiencing high level of calls so please only call if you need an URGENT appointment.
Calls will be made throughout the day, so please make the reception team aware if you will be unavailable at a particular time.
If you have a routine, non-urgent query including prescription requests/queries then please email the practice on d-ccg.caen@nhs.net
Please note that you will met by members of the reception team before you come into the main reception area, this is to assist and divert as needed, and so that we can control the flow of people through the practice.
